KEVIN is built on a simple promise: your data exists to serve you, not to be sold. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
KEVIN collects the following personal information to provide your AI styling experience:
Your personal data powers your AI stylist experience. KEVIN uses what you share to learn what you wear, understand what you love, and recommend what works.
Anonymized, aggregate style trends are used to improve recommendations for all users. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Your closet is private. Your photos are private. Your preferences are private. KEVIN treats your data the way a trusted stylist would treat your wardrobe: with discretion.
Photos you upload are used for virtual try-on and wardrobe digitization. Body photos are processed securely and stored only on your device and in your private Firebase account.
When you use the virtual try-on feature, your photos are sent securely to our AI processing partner (FASHN AI) to generate try-on results. These images are not retained by the AI service beyond the time needed to complete your request.
KEVIN uses a small number of trusted third-party services to deliver its core functionality:
All API communications between KEVIN and these services are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption.
You are in control of your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from your profile settings within the app.
Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate data used for improving recommendations may be retained, but it cannot be linked back to you.
When you delete your account, your Firebase Auth account is permanently deleted along with all personal data. Anonymized, aggregate style data (such as outfit acceptance rates across all users) is retained separately and cannot be traced back to your account.
KEVIN is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at scenicplatforms@outlook.com and we will promptly delete that information.

KEVIN is provided for personal styling assistance. By using the app, you agree not to:
You retain full ownership of all photos you upload to KEVIN. We do not claim any rights to your images.
By using the virtual try-on feature, you grant KEVIN a limited license to process your images through third-party AI services (FASHN AI) solely for generating try-on results. This license exists only to make the feature work and ends as soon as your processing request completes.
KEVIN offers optional premium subscriptions billed through Apple:
During onboarding, you may receive a personalized discount of 10%, 20%, or 30% off the standard rate. Discounted pricing is locked in for the life of your subscription as long as it remains active.
Discounted rates range from $9.99 to $12.99 per week or $34.99 to $44.99 per month, depending on the offer received.
KEVIN may offer promotional codes that grant free trial periods. These are subject to availability and may be revoked at any time.
A 30-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Cancel, change plan, or update payment info at any time through your Apple ID settings — not through KEVIN directly. Apple manages all subscription billing.
KEVIN provides styling suggestions only and makes no guarantees about outfit appropriateness for specific events, dress codes, or social contexts. The app is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Scenic Platforms is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the app. You are responsible for your own clothing choices.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you within the app if changes are significant.
Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Social connections
When you choose to connect Pinterest or Instagram, KEVIN reads your saved or liked fashion content to learn your style preferences. This connection is entirely optional.
KEVIN never posts on your behalf, never accesses your private messages, and never shares your connected account data with anyone.
